Reservations and payment

A reservation is held for the period shown during checkout and becomes confirmed after the required payment is successfully received or after written confirmation from AXIOM Apartments. The exact stay, guest count, total price and amount due are shown before payment. Children up to and including 10 years are charged at 50% of the applicable guest rate; children aged 11 or over are charged at the full rate. Guest numbers and ages are confirmed at check-in.

Changes and cancellation

Requests to change or cancel a stay must be sent to axiomskopje@gmail.com. Any refund or cancellation charge follows the conditions shown in the booking confirmation and payment request. A no-show or early departure may be charged according to those confirmed conditions.

Check-in and property use

Guests must provide accurate contact and occupancy details, respect the apartment capacity and house rules, and are responsible for damage caused during their stay. Arrival instructions are sent after confirmation.

Privacy

We use the details supplied during booking to manage the stay, issue payment documents, communicate with guests and meet applicable legal obligations. Payment card information is processed on the bank’s secure checkout and is not stored by this website. Reservation records are accessible only to authorised staff and necessary service providers.
